Chelsea to plan steal £70m goal machine from right under Arsenal’s nose

Chelsea are considering to step up their interest in long term Arsenal target and Lille sensation Nicolas Pepe according to multiple reports.

The Ivorian has taken the Ligue 1 by storm this season scoring 19 goals and setting up further 11 to propel Lille to the second spot in the French league table.

The Daily Mirror now reports that the Blues are set to hijack Arsenal’s move for Pepe who Lille value to be around £70m, the likes of Paris Saint Germain, Manchester United and Bayern Munich have also kept an eye out on developments.

All the speculation could go down the drain in case the West London Club is unable to overturn the two-window transfer ban imposed on them by FIFA.
