Ruben Loftus Cheek has urged his Chelsea team-mates to put behind the defeat at Liverpool and focus on the job in hand as the season enters the business end.
Speaking to the club’s official website, the young English midfielder said:
“When you lose you have to move on quickly because there are games coming thick and fast. That’s a trait as a footballer you have to be good at. You have to put stuff behind you and move on, and that’s what we have to do after this performance.
“It’s not a good result for us but all we can do is put it behind us and learn from it. We keep going and going, and try and get points on the board. We can’t give up hope.”
