Tottenham’s Official Starting Eleven vs Chelsea

WATCH: 2015 FINAL!

These two have met in two League Cup finals, both at the new Wembley.

Tottenham beat Chelsea 2-1 in 2008 and Chelsea beat Tottenham 2-0 in the 2015 showpiece.

A FIERY AFFAIR?

Our man on the ground at Wembley is Gerard Brand. He’s pitch-side, getting a feel for the atmosphere.

He reports: “Michael Oliver and his staff make their way out onto the pitch in a relaxed mood, kicking the ball from one end to the other to test the VAR in both goals. He’s got a job on his hands tonight; this was a fiery affair back in November.

“Much of the talk inside and outside of Wembley is around fan behaviour, with both clubs issuing warnings to fans after recent discriminatory behaviour, but we’re hoping for an atmospheric occasion for all of the right reasons.”

“Team news is coming up soon; how will both teams approach this with important league games coming up? SSN is on all of the screens here, so head there for the team news if you’re about to arrive back from work, or stick here for all the latest from around Wembley…”
