Chelsea fans will love what Eden Hazard has said about Man City after Pep Guardiola’s comments

Eden Hazard has revealed his admiration for Manchester City ahead of Chelsea’s clash with the Premier League champions, but says he is the one thing missing from Pep Guardiola’s side.

Maurizio Sarri’s side welcome the league leaders to Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening, and will be looking to bounce back after the midweek 2-1 defeat to Wolves.

Hazard, who started and provided an assist for Ruben Loftus-Cheek’s goal on Wednesday night, admits it will be a challenge for the Blues to contain the free-scoring champions, but joked that he is the one thing which the Citizens lack from their star-studded team.

Speaking to Belgian broadcaster Play Sports ahead of match, Hazard said: “[Manchester] City are all about team play. You can see a lot of movement from them.

“They also create more chances, and score more goals. But it’s true they don’t have an Eden Hazard. That is the difference!”

The Belgian winger has continually been linked with a move away from west London after his impressive start to the season, scoring seven goals in 14 appearances.

But one club Hazard will not be moving to is Manchester City after Guardiola dismissed the prospect of an eye-watering move.

“That is not going to happen,” said the City manager.

“I am agreeing with him. He said I’m so good and I am agreeing with him. Switch on the TV and look at him. You realise his qualities. He is one of the best players in the world.”
