According to Goal Brasil, Chelsea are continuing to closely monitor Richarlison, for whatever that may be worth.
The 21-year-old has been on Chelsea’s radar since last season when he was still a Watford player, though Chelsea neither made a move then, nor in the summer when he moved to Everton for £35m to rejoin manager Marco Silva.

Goal seems to think this could set up Richarlison for another short, one-season-long stay at a Premier League club, citing the influence of his agents Giuliano Bertolucci and Kia Joorabchian, both of whom have developed very strong Chelsea ties over the last decade.
At Everton, Richarlison is having, not unexpectedly, is having quite strong season.
He has scored 7 times in 13 Premier League matches, already surpassing last season’s total for Watford, and earning him his first caps for the Brazilian national team. He’s scored 3 goals in 6 appearances thus far for the Seleção.
Purchasing Richarlison certainly would not be cheap, especially when Chelsea could’ve had two cracks at him already for much less.
But if he keeps up his current form, it will be an investment still worth making, assuming he can be convinced to move on from Everton of course (because otherwise they’d be foolish to sell).
