The Daily Mirror claim Atletico Madrid are the latest club to be interested in Cesc Fabregas.
The midfielder is out of contract in the summer, and the club have yet to offer him a new deal.
Despite repeated claims from Fabregas that he would like to remain a Chelsea player, several other European clubs have started to jostle for position as they attempt to land the 31-year-old.
Milan have registered interest in the Spaniard, and now Atleti are the latest club to enter the race for the 2010 World Cup winner.
A Chelsea player since 2014, Fabregas is in no rush to leave the West London outfit:
I wish he came a bit earlier to be honest, it’s a little bit late now in my career. Definitely I’m very happy with him,
I’d love to stay at the club. I’ve been very happy for the last four years and a half, we’ve had great success, won many things.
I feel I still have a lot of football left in me but it is now up to the club.
An injury-plagued start to the season has limited Fabregas to four appearances so far this season under new boss Maurizio Sarri, but the talented play-maker may become indispensable as Chelsea’s hectic Europa League schedule kicks in.
