Jamie Carragher believes Chelsea FC are lacking a figurehead in Maurizio Sarri’s squad.

Former Liverpool FC defender Carragher believes the Blues need some leaders in their squad following the exodus of club legends in recent campaigns.
“You think of the times when they have won titles – [Didier] Drogba and [Diego] Costa – they haven’t got that right now,” Carragher told Sky Sports. “They’re lacking that figurehead.”
Chelsea FC have beaten Huddersfield Town, Bournemouth, Newcastle United, Arsenal and Cardiff City in the current Premier League campaign.
The Blues eased to a 1-0 win over PAOK in Greece in their opening Europa League fixture on Thursday night.
The west London side will welcome current Premier League leaders Liverpool FC to Stamford Bridge next weekend.
