The new Premier League season is finally here and Chelsea have started life under Maurizio Sarri with successive wins against Huddersfield Town and Arsenal.
With the club unveiling two new kits ahead of the 2018/19 campaign, the Blues were decked out in their stunning new yellow away shirt for the trip to west Yorkshire.
The club’s latest home design has divided many fans, while the return to yellow, last worn in their successful title win in 2014/15, has gone down extremely well.
However, the new shirts don’t stop just there.
Chelsea will once again be bringing out a new third shirt and popular football website Footy Headlines have reported that the new kit will be light blue with darker blue details.
The shirt, which could look very similar to the club’s away kit from the 2005-06 season, will also feature orange applications.
Following the reports of the club’s latest shirt, images have appeared on the internet over the past few weeks.
With Nike electing to use a camouflage print on all of their third kits for Europe’s top clubs 12 months ago, it appears that the American company will be doing a similar job this time around.
However, the designs will be much more striking and brighter.
Having used a camo print last season, the latest design will see Nike use subtle graphics on the shirt related to each club’s city.
