N’Golo Kante bumped into an Arsenal fan following Chelsea’s 3-2 win at the weekend – and had the perfect response when the young man revealed he supports the Gunners.
The Frenchman played all 90 minutes of the clash as the hosts struck a late winner through Marcos Alonso.
Kante is getting used to a new advanced role under Maurizio Sarri but still managed to cause Arsenal’s defence a number of problems with his runs.
According to Gunners supporter @afcSharky (on Twitter ), he came across the midfielder in a Westfield shopping centre.
Just met this man. Told him I was an arsenal fan and I was upset about the game this weekend but he smiled at me and said “sorry”. What a guy 😭 pic.twitter.com/L8sukTnc7L

The fan revealed he told Kante he supported Arsenal to which the Chelsea ace replied “sorry” with a smile.
Posting a picture of himself with Kante, he tweeted: “Just met this man. Told him I was an arsenal fan and I was upset about the game this weekend but he smiled at me and said ‘sorry’. What a guy.”
The 27-year-old World Cup winner is something of a fan favourite among the Chelsea faithful and this will only further enhance his reputation.
