‘Just give him the money’ – Chelsea fans desperate for 82-time international to sign new deal

It would be fair to say that Eden Hazard has been disappointing for Chelsea in recent months.

The Belgian has managed 16 goals and 12 assists for the Blues this season, but his form has been inconsistent throughout the campaign.

The 27-year-old is said to be keen on leaving Stamford Bridge this summer, and a number of Chelsea fans have been frustrated with the attacker in recent weeks.

Hazard was in outstanding form against Southampton in the semi-finals of the FA Cup at the weekend, however, with the former Lille youngster inspiring his team to a 2-0 win.

Chelsea’s official Twitter account paid tribute to Hazard on Tuesday, and it appears that a number of the club’s supporters have changed their tune.

Indeed, many have now called for their club to pay Hazard whatever it takes to convince the 82-time Belgium international to sign a new long-term contract with last season’s Premier League champions.

Napoli Star’s Agent Makes England Trip Amid Chelsea, Liverpool and Man Utd Links

The agent of Napoli defender Elseid Hysaj has been in England, with Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United considered potential destinations for the Albania international.

Hysaj has done his standing in world football no harm at all with his superb performances for Napoli in Serie A in the current campaign.

He has a release clause set at the €50m mark in his Napoli contract, meaning he could be easy prey for Premier League sides in the approaching summer transfer window.

According to Italian broadcaster Sportitalia, Hysaj’s agent Mario Giuffredi has been spending time in England, prompting talk he is negotiating a move for his client.

It is claimed that Chelsea is a possibility for Hysaj, though the Blues do have Davide Zappacosta, while Liverpool and Manchester United could also be potential destinations.

Napoli is not keen on losing the defender but could be powerless to resist his departure in the summer.

The 24-year-old has clocked up regular game time with Napoli this term, making a total of 43 appearances across all competitions for the Serie A giants.
