EDEN HAZARD linking up with Alvaro Morata will give Chelsea’s Premier League rivals nightmares.
That’s according to Alan McInally who reckons the playmaker’s return will be a game changer for the Blues.
Hazard is recovering from an ankle break and has only made substitute appearances against Arsenal, Qarabag and Leicester.
And McInally insists Antonio Conte’s men will start creating more opportunities for Morata.
He told Sky Sports: “Chelsea, getting Eden Hazard back in, you know he’s going to be creator of chances.
“Morata is getting an unbelievable amount of headers – and good chances – goalscoring headers.
“Another things is Hazard likes to dribble and curl it in.
“He might be in a position where he can take it out, get a yard and just throw it in because he knows Morata will be making a run.
“That’s going to make a difference, a massive difference.
“If they get a combination between them, they’ll cause problems for a lot of teams.”
Conte confirmed yesterday that Hazard will start against Nottingham Forest in the EFL Cup tonight.
He said: “I think for Eden now is the right moment to start the game and try to play the whole game.
“I hope to be with him at the final step for the injury.
“I think we have managed very well his situation and in my career I was injured a lot of times and I have a bit of experience about this situation.
“We are managing the situation very well and he is ready to start.”
