CHELSEA defender Matt Miazga has opened up on how his parent club interact with him while he’s away on loan.

The American centre back has spent this season at Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem where he has made 17 league appearances.

Chelsea’s loan policy has been well documented and they put a lot of effort into keeping an eye on their army of players at other clubs.

The Premier League leaders are in regular contact and even send the 21-year-old videos analysing his performances.

Miazga told ELF Voetbal: “At Chelsea they’re keeping an eye on me.

“After every game I get sent videos showing good and negative moments. They are very helpful.

“I speak with them every three weeks about my progress.

“The focus is to play as much as possible at Vitesse.

“After the season I will talk to Chelsea and my agent, and we will see what is next.”
