Chelsea Roundup: Hazard deal agreed? surprise Kante admission, five-year midfielder contract

Real Madrid are reportedly closing in on a deal for Eden Hazard.

The diminutive Chelsea playmaker has been a long-standing target for the Spanish giants.

Antonio Conte is desperate to keep hold of the Belgian.

But according to Spanish news outlet Diario Gol, a summer deal has been agreed for Hazard.

The report says a house and school has been sorted for his wife and three kids.

Blues ace N’Golo Kante admits he’s not fully satisfied with what he’s achieved during his career.

The 25-year-old is on course to win back-to-back Premier League titles this season.

And he’s not prepared to rest on his laurels.

“It’s always nice to hear nice things about yourself, but you have to step back, there’s still a lot of work,” Kante told Canal +.

“When I’m in France, I see the careers and the prize list.

“Of my team-mates, I think that I have not done anything in football, and there is no reason to take it for someone else.”

Chelsea have reportedly agreed a £35million deal for Monaco star Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Manchester United were hoping to broker a deal.

But according to Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb, the Blues have pipped them to his services.

It is said a £35m fee has been sorted and he will put pen to paper on a five-year contract.
