REAL MADRID are expected to up their interest in Chelsea star Eden Hazard in the summer.
And one of Real Madrid’s most promising young players has reportedly said he would like to be involved in the deal so that he can move to Chelsea.
That player is Marco Asensio, who has found game time limited at the Bernabeu.
The 22-year-old moved to Real from Mallorca in 2014 but has struggled to break into the midfield which consists of Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Isco and Casemiro.
So Spanish outlet Diario Gol claim that Asensio has spoken to club president Florentino Perez about the possibility of a move to Stamford Bridge.
And the Real chief is considering using the youngster as a makeweight to land his Belgian target.
Diario Gol add that five players would be happy to see the back of Asensio in the Spanish capital.
Those are Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, Marcelo, Modric and Gareth Bale.
Zineidne Zidane is also thought to not be a fan of the midfielder.
And which such high profile names apparently against him, Perez believes it would be best to move Asensio on.
Hazard has scored 15 goals for both club and country this season but is likely to leave Chelsea in the summer.
The Blues are having a disappointing season trying to defend their Premier League title.
Manager Antonio Conte’s time in charge also looks limited so Hazard is considering jumping ship when the next chance arrives.
