David Luiz will be absent once more when Chelsea play Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.
Luiz – like forward Charly Musonda – has a knee problem as Blues boss Antonio Conte aims to balance targeting a victory to top Group C with preparations for Saturday’s trip to West Ham.
Striker Michy Batshuayi was an unused substitute for the win over Newcastle, so could feature.
Conte said: “Atletico are always a strong team, before and now. They are in a good moment of form, but it’s the same for us.
“The game will be open because Atletico Madrid will try to win the game, and it’ll be the same for us.
“The only difference is that the final result for them is very important, and for us we have already qualified, but at the same time a great team has to play every game to try to win.”
Provisional squad: Courtois, Caballero, Rudiger, Alonso, Fabregas, Drinkwater, Kante, Morata, Hazard, Pedro, Bakayoko, Moses, Kenedy, Zappacosta, Willian, Batshuayi, Cahill, Christensen, Azpilicueta, Clarke-Salter, Sterling, Eduardo, Ampadu.

Chelsea club officials make decision regarding 17-year-old keeper Berke Ozer
Chelsea sent two club officials to Turkey for Altinordu wonder-kid Berke Ozer over the weekend.
Blues goalkeeper coach Christophe Lollichon and – loan player technical coach – Eddie Newton monitored Ozer and the club academy in general.
Newton revealed that he was impressed with the Altinordu setup comparing it to Chelsea and Bayern Munich.
“Everything is well planned and geared to football, Altinordu are operating at a high standard, ahead of many clubs in Europe actually,” Newton said.
“In fact it is near the level of Chelsea and Bayern Munich.”
Newton stated that he was impressed with the club philosophy following his stay in Turkey.
“It was great to see the youngsters growing their own food and learning the importance of what they put inside themselves,” he added.
“They are gearing these kids up for life.
“Kids from all across Turkey and being developed into the stars of tomorrow.
“We were impressed with Berke and other players here, we’ll continue to scout them.”
Chelsea could face competition from Manchester City for Ozer.
Altinordu president Mehmet Ozkan confirmed the Citizens making an offer over the last transfer window.
“We want him to play in Europe, if Berke has a great season the odds of him moving to the Premier League are high,” Ozkan said in Emre Sarigul’s latest article for the Guardian.
“Manchester City already made him an offer. We will see what the future holds.”
The young keeper was recently named in the Guardian Next Generation series, 60 best young talents in world football.
