Sandro is on Antonio Conte’s hit list at Chelsea as he looks to bolster his side.
Express Sport revealed Conte would make a move for the Brazil left-back in January but were more likely to be able to get him in the summer.
And TuttoMercatoWeb claim the defender wants to leave Juve after next summer’s World Cup.
Sandro is expected to be among the Brazil squad in Russia who were today drawn against Switzerland, Costa Rica and Serbia.
Chelsea tried to land Sandro in the summer but Juve fought off their interest.
The Blues were prepared to make him the most expensive defender in history and offer more than Manchester City paid for both Kyle Walker and Benjamin Mendy.
And Chelsea boss Conte has complained about the club’s transfer business following a frustrating summer.
He still splashed the cash on the likes of Alvaro Morata and Tiemoue Bakyoko.
But Sandro and another striker were missed on.
“I think Manchester City in this season is a strong team,” he said last week.
“Also last season, Manchester City was a fantastic team. Then, after the transfer market, they bought their first targets and then they have improved a lot.
“They can do this also in January maybe, in the future. For this reason we must be worried because if we want to compete with Manchester City we have to work and then make the best decisions in the transfer market.”
