Chelsea forward out of Qarabag game as his recovers from injury ahead of Liverpool clash

Chelsea will be without Charly Musonda for the Qarabag clash as the youngster looks to recover from injury back at home.

Antonio Conte confirmed that the 21-year-old suffered a knee injury last week, which kept him out of the squad for the West Brom victory on Saturday.

And it seems that the Belgian forward has not recovered in time to join the rest of the squad in Azerbaijan as they flew for the Champions League game and Musonda remained at home.

Musonda posted a few photos of himself in his home trying to recover by swimming in his pool at home as his looks to recover ahead of the Liverpool match on Saturday.

The youngster had a chance of playing in the match in Baku, with Antonio Conte maybe looking to rotate his squad with such a busy schedule coming up in the next few weeks.

Victor Moses is also still trying to recover from his hamstring problem, with Conte confirming after the Baggies win that he is expected to have him back training with the squad this week.
