Antonio Conte lavished praise on Eden Hazard following his man of the match performance in Chelsea’s 4-0 win over West Brom in the Premier League on Saturday.

Goals from Alvaro Morata and Marcos Alonso wrapped up the victory for the west London side as Conte’s men kept to within nine points of Premier League leaders Manchester City.
Hazard has been in fine form for Chelsea in recent weeks, with the 26-year-old having scored five goals and made two assists so far this season.
And Conte believes that the Belgium international is finally approaching his best form for the Blues after a slow start to the campaign.
Speaking at his post-match news conference on Saturday, Conte said: “Today Eden played very well and I think he showed great patience despite some situations which were very strong.
“I was a player and I understand when you play against these type of players it’s very difficult to stop them and sometimes you try to find a different way.”
Chelsea return to Champions League action on Wednesday night when they take on Qarabag looking to take a step closer to the knockout phase of Europe’s elite club competition.
The west London side are in fourth place in the Premier League table as they look to catch up with leaders Manchester City in the lead-up to Christmas.
