That’s the mega claim of journalist Kristof Terreur.
The Chelsea ace is yet to earn a regular spot in Antonio Conte’s starting line-up.
Musonda scored his first goal for the club in the Carabao Cup win over Nottingham Forest last month.
And Terreur is a big fan of the 20-year-old.
He said on the Transfer Window Podcast: “Charly Musonda is sometimes on the bench for Chelsea, sometimes playing in the League Cup games.
“He’s Belgium’s best talent ever. Purely if you look at his technical skills. Physically he’s quite skinny.
“He went to Chelsea when he was 16 and he still hasn’t got his break.
“He went to Betis on loan and did well and started to think he could be in the national team squad and be Belgium’s next star.
“Then he got injured and was sent back to Chelsea. And he didn’t believe it anymore and he wanted to leave and Conte persuaded him to stay.
“And now he’s playing a few games this season but that’s not enough to develop.”
Musonda has played three times for Chelsea.
He made his debut in the Community Shield clash with Arsenal in August before turning out in the shock 3-2 defeat at home to Burnley on the opening day of the season.
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane will call Chelsea star Eden Hazard – Belgian journalist
Terreur didn’t stop at his predictions about the youngest of the Belgians at Chelsea. He also had some select words for Eden Hazard.
Hazard is liked by Zidane and swoop could well be on the cards, according to Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur.
He told the Transfer Window Podcast that the Real boss is likely to pick up the phone and speak to the attacking ace about a move to Spain.
Terreur said: “They don’t need Hazard at the moment, I think, but there will always be links and they will always be sniffing around and Zidane will call him I think.
“The general manager of Real Madrid will keep in touch with his people.”
Terreur thinks a strong showing for Belgium at the World Cup next summer could seal the deal.
He added: “If he performs well in the World Cup, is the star of the World Cup, it might still happen even if Chelsea tie him down to a new contract.
“I think if he hadn’t injured himself at the end of last season during the international period with Belgium, it might have happened already.
“On the other hand, for him it’s the same as lots of Belgians. He’s very happy in London, in Cobham. He doesn’t like the limelight.”
Hazard, Belgium’s captain, is in the squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Bosnia and Cyprus.
Belgium have already qualified for the tournament.
