On Wednesday night at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea take on Everton in the League Cup.
Chelsea booked their place in the fourth round with a resounding 5-1 win over Championship Nottingham Forest.
As for Everton, they beat Sunderland in the third round.
Sunderland are one of the few teams in English football who are worse than Everton right now!
On Sunday at Goodison Park, Everton were thrashed 5-2 by Arsenal.
The Toffees were already trailing in the game when Idrissa Gueye collected a second card in the game.
Gueye couldn’t complain about his dismissal after he lunged into Granit Xhaka right under the ref’s nose.
Idrissa Gueye has been sent off for the first time since moving to England in any competition.

That dismissal now means that Gueye will serve a one match ban.
He’ll miss the Chelsea match as a result.
Of course, Everton already had a long list of injuries to cope with.
Aaron Lennon remains sidelined with a muscular injury, while Ramiro Funes Mori, Yannick Bolasie, Seamus Coleman and Ross Barkley are all long-term absentees.
As for Chelsea, they also have injury issues with N’Golo Kane, Victor Moses and Danny Drinkwater all out of action.
Antonio Conte is sure to also shake up his squad for the Everton game. Charly Musonda, Ethan Ampadu, Dujon Sterling and Jake Clarke-Salter should all get opportunities in the first team, while striker Michy Batshuayi should get another chance up front.
