Frank Lampard trolled David Luiz after the defender shared an Instagram highlights reel of training ground goals ahead of Chelsea‘s trip to Leicester City this weekend.
Luiz has started all three of Chelsea’s opening Premier League matches against Burnley, Tottenham and Everton and the 30-year-old defender is expected to feature at the King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Antonio Conte’s men have shipped four goals in these matches – more than any team in the top nine – as they look to defend their 2016/17 title and Lampard has joked with Luiz to concentrate on defending.
‘Get back and defend,’ Lampard commented on his former team-mate’s video.
The ex-England midfielder believes Chelsea are favourites to win the title this season and actually heaped praise on the team’s defending last month.
Asked who he thinks will triumph in the league, Lampard told Arsenal Fan TV: ‘Chelsea.
‘If [Eden] Hazard gets fit and firing then they’ve got the best set-up. They’re organised and the back three are brilliant. They defend better than anyone.
‘Manchester City [will come second]. Attacking wise they are the best team but it’s whether that comes together.
‘Manchester United [will come third] and then Tottenham. It’s between Tottenham and Arsenal for fourth place and I’d put Liverpool sixth.’
Antonio Conte added another piece of silverware to his bulging trophy cabinet on Tuesday night at the GQ Awards.
The Italian claimed the Premier League title in his first season at Chelsea and was handed the special achievement gong at the ceremony in London.
Conte was joined by his wife, Elisabetta Muscarello, and daughter Vittoria on the red carpet at the Tate Modern.

Tammy Abraham Sparks International Tug Of War Between Nigeria And England
The Nigeria Football Federation have set the ball rolling in their bid to cap England U21 international Tammy Abraham ahead of the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia.
Camberwell-born Abraham has caps for England at U18, U19 and U21 level but this is not binding until he plays competitively for the Three Lions.
NFF President Amaju Pinnick has spoken glowingly of the youthfulness of the new Nigeria senior squad, and has targeted Abraham after convincing Chelsea defender Ola Aina to pledge his international future to the Super Eagles.
”You take a first look at the team and you see players like William Ekong, Wilfred Ndidi, Leon Balogun, Alex Iwobi, Chidozie Awaziem, Tyronne Ebuehi, Kelechi Iheanacho and now we have Ola Aina as well,” Pinnick told thenff.com.
”We are working on getting Tammy Abraham. There are others like Henry Onyekuru and Olanrewaju Kayode.
”I believe we are so blessed and that this team will cause a big stir in Russia, and if not in Russia, in Qatar in five years time.”
Abraham, who is considered one of the promising youngsters in England, was on target for the Young Lions in their 3-0 rout of Latvia in a UEFA European U21 Championship on Tuesday.
