After playing against QPR, could Eden Hazard and Bakayoko be available for the Tottenham match on Sunday.
Chelsea, of course, come into the game having lost 3-2 to Burnley last weekend.
Spurs, meanwhile, won 2-0 at Newcastle in round one of the new Premier League season.
The Telegraph have raised hopes Hazard and Bakayoko could be involved in the Spurs game. On Friday, readers are told:
Midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko is hoping to give Chelsea a boost by making himself available for the Tottenham game.
Eden Hazard also came through a practice match against Queens Park Rangers unscathed and there is a chance he could be on the substitutes’ bench against Tottenham if Pedro is not fit.
Chelsea’s line-up v Tottenham
Gary Cahill and Cesc Fabregas are both ruled out through suspension after seeing red against Burnley. Victor Moses will definitely be back for the Blues when they take on Spurs at Wembley. Pedro is also expected to feature in the game as Chelsea want to get their season back on track after being unexpectedly beaten by Burnley. That loss though owed a lot to two insane red cards from Craig Pawson.
Diego Costa will play no part as he continues to seek a move away from the club.
In better news for Chelsea, Pedro is expected to be fit in time to face Tottenham.
