Chelsea striker Loic Remy is poised to sign for La Liga club Las Palmas on a free transfer, according to AS.
The former French international will sign a two year contract with the Canary Islanders, after failing to make a single competitive appearance under manager Antonio Conte.
The 30 year old joined the Blues from Queens Park Rangers in 2014 for £10.5m but struggled for game time during his three year stay at Stamford Bridge.
He made 47 appearances for Chelsea during his first two seasons at the club, scoring 12 goals and providing three assists. After Conte’s arrival last summer though, he was sent out on loan to Crystal Palace.
Injuries and lack of match fitness meant he only managed eight games for the Eagles in the whole of last season, failing to score a single goal. He will be hoping his spell in Spain will be a more productive one for him.

How Llorente’s potential move to Spurs could halt further business & Willian bid received
According to the Daily Mail, Everton are interested in taking Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi on loan but with Fernando Llorente set to join Tottenham, the Blues are unwilling to let the Belgian go.
Over the past few days, Llorente looked very likely to join Chelsea but their London rivals, Tottenham, have now looked to hijack their move for the Swansea striker.
If Llorente was to join Chelsea then Batshuayi, who has struggled to recreate his form from the end of last season, could have left on loan to Everton, who are in the market for a new striker.
Llorente worked with Antonio Conte and Morata for Juventus, proving to be good backups for each other in the Old Lady’s Serie A title win in that season.
Everton themselves are keen to sign a striker with a move for Arsenal’s Lucas Perez also being discussed at Goodison Park.
Willian is wanted by Jose Mourinho and it’s been claimed he’s launched a late bid to get him.
Starsport reported earlier this year that the Man Utd boss wanted the Chelsea star.
And The Sun say a bid is now on the table.
A £35m fee is mooted for Willian.
Mourinho has already taken Nemanja Matic from the defending champions this summer and could now return for another.
He’s after a winger to add to his squad but a long-term pursuit for Inter Milan’s Ivan Perisic hasn’t paid off.
