CHELSEA have got their eye on more transfer business as they target Virgil Van Dijk, Alex Sandro, Antonio Candreva and Fernando Llorente.
Antonio Conte’s side have been busy in the transfer window already, landing Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid, Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco and Antonio Rudiger from Roma.
But apparently the Premier League champions aren’t done yet as the Blues look to continue strengthening their squad ahead of a Champions League campaign.
The Telegraph say club chiefs will back Conte’s desire to add more players.
And apparently Van Dijk, Sandro, Llorente and Candreva are all on the shopping list.
Dutch-defender Van Dijk has not travelled with Southampton on their pre-season tour and has told manager Mauricio Pellegrino that he wants to leave the club.
But Liverpool are also still thought to be interested in signing the 26-year-old which could provide some competition for Chelsea.
The Telegraph say the Blues are optimistic about their chances of signing Sandro from Juventus despite early negotiations stalling.
Llorente could be deployed as a back-up option to Morata after Michy Batshuayi failed to convince last season, although the Belgian was impressive in Chelsea’s pre-season win over Arsenal in China recently.
Candreva could be a rotation option with Victor Moses at right-back as the Blues step up their interest in acquiring him
