DANILO is attempting to force through a move to Chelsea from Real Madrid, according to reports in Spain.
Chelsea have had a disappointing transfer window so far this summer and have missed out on No 1 target Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United.
The Blues have also been tussling with Juventus for defender Alex Sandro.
However, one target they should not struggle to sign is Real Madrid right-back Danilo, who is reportedly pushing for a move to Stamford Bridge.
Spanish outlet Diario Gol claim the Brazilian sees a move to Chelsea as a huge opportunity and is pressing Real president Florentino Perez to sell him.
The report says Danilo has had a tough time at the Bernabeu since joining from Porto in 2015 for £27.5million.
He has struggled to compete with Dani Carvajal and started just 17 La Liga games last term.
As a result, Danilo is said to be pushing for a move to Chelsea and is keen to work with Antonio Conte.
The Italian boss’ 3-4-3 formation is said to be a perfect fit for the right-back who likes to get forward.
The Blues are said to be equally keen and have made an offer in the region of £26m for the former Porto man.
And Danilo is hopeful Real president Perez will accept it and allow him to leave the Bernabeu this summer.
The Brazil international is under contract until June 2021.
He has made 56 appearances for Real in all competitions, scoring three goals and providing nine assists.
