Sevilla would consider a cash-plus player deal for £35m-rated Chelsea target Vitolo.
Spanish daily Marca say Chelsea are willing to meet the asking pice, albeit in instalments.
However, it’s suggested Sevilla are also interested in a part-exchange deal.
The La Liga outfit are keen on Kurt Zouma and Michy Batshuayi.
Alex Telles’ agent reckons the Porto star will play for Chelsea one day – but there’s no offer on the table at the moment.
Although Chelsea haven’t lodged a formal bid this summer, Fernando Otto confirmed there’s been interest in the past.
“When he went to Galatasaray, we had an offer from Chelsea for Alex,” Otto told Sport Witness.
“But at the time, we had already confirmed a pre-contract with Galatasaray, and we could not go back.
“But there was information exchange, last year too. And I believe that maybe one day he will play for Chelsea.
“I don’t know if it’s going to be this season or the next.”
Antonio Conte wants Chelsea to break the bank for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku and Tottenham sensation Dele Alli.
That’s according to Don Balon, who claim the Premier League champions could spend in excess of £88m on both players.
It’s suggested the duo are Chelsea’s top targets.
Spurs are highly unlikely to sell Alli to their bitter rivals, though.
Meanwhile Lukaku, who has rejected a contract extension at Everton, revealed earlier this month that he has already lined up a move away from Goodison Park.
