Chelsea have completed the signing of Roma star Antonio Rudiger who will move to the Stamford Bridge between for € 38 million. The Blues are set to pay € 33 million plus € 5 million add-ons and the 24-year-old will sign a five-year, € 4,5 million-a-year deal.
Chelsea and AS Roma begun transfer talks yesterday and managed to close a deal in less than 24 hours.

After Manolas’ Zenit snub, the Blues pounced on the Germany International as they knew Roma needed to sell one of their player for a fee exceeding € 30 million.
Rudiger is now a new Chelsea player and the German will have his medical between Monday and Tuesday. Tomorrow he will play the Confederations Cup final against Chile, then Rudiger will officially become a new Chelsea player.
