The Chelsea and former Bristol City striker is wanted by Swansea City, recent reports suggest.
The Northern Echo reports that the Swans are eyeing up the goal-scorer, who netted 23 shots in his debut season as a professional with Bristol City.
Abraham would only move temporarily, but the report claims the Swansea City has registered its interest with the Stamford Bridge club, who are willing to let the teen star spend another season out on loan.
He’s currently playing for the England 21s and is due to play Sweden this afternoon.
The striker has been hotly tipped to make the switch to Newcastle United from Chelsea but admits he is still not sure where he will be playing his football come August.
Brighton & Hove Albion are also in the race to land the England under-21 international on a temporary basis.
In other transfer news, AFC Bournemouth are reportedly interested in signing Chelsea and England Under 21s international striker Lewis Baker.
According to reports in the Daily Star the Cherries boss Eddie Howard “has a good relationship with Chelsea”.
The report suggests that Bournemouth and Swansea would be at the front of the queue to sign Baker.
