Miss key games
Eden Hazard is set to miss key games for Chelsea at the start of the season, with the fixture list confirming that Chelsea do not have an easy start to the season.
Not only will Hazard miss the community shield game against Arsenal as the curtain opener of the season, but he will miss the London derby clash against Tottenham on 19 August, which will be at Wembley as well – and then the home games with Arsenal on 16 September and Manchester City on 30 September.
That is terrible news for the club, with Hazard of course their best player attacking wise, and Antonio Conte will be trying to think of other options to make sure the loss does not see the defending Champions get off to a bad start.
All change in the summer?
Not only does Diego Costa look certain to be leaving in the summer, but it also seems that there is doubt over the future of Eden Hazard and indeed Nemanja Matic.
Matic has been heavily linked with Manchester United, as Jose Mourinho looks to add to his midfield, and with Chelsea looking to bring in players this summer as well, their starting line up could look very different come the start of the season.
