Breaking: Chelsea Star leaving for Bournemouth permanently in a £20million deal

With the transfer market beginning to hot up as the weather cools down, another of our players is set to leave the football club. According to our friends at The Sun Bournemouth are closing in on a £20million deal for Nathan Ake.

The 23 year old spent the first half of last season on loan with the Cherries but was recalled by the Blues in January. However, he had very little game time and with Antonio Conte looking at various other centre-back options, Ake appears superfluous to his plans.

Having had a £18million bid rejected last January our source expects the deal to be wrapped up this time when Ake returns from holiday in July.

This appears to be yet another example of Chelsea’s lack of faith in the youth players that they are happy to bring through their academy system. The football factory then sell them on for a profit, and for the benefit of other clubs.

  1. tweaaaa Chelsea. so the main reason for having the youth academy is just to raise and sell them not to give them chance in the senior team right? this guy has potentials, he has future, he can do something important at Chelsea… why are you always selling them instead of given them chance to shine at their own club meanwhile to some of the young once it has been their childhood dream play for the club.masa even Real Madrid does give young once chance wai. am beginning to hate Chelsea tweaaaaa.

  2. truth be told here……it will also be Chelsea Greater loss ,not for now but in. future….d boy is damm too good and mature right now to play big competitions like the EPL, i can even say champions League ….i prefer we let K.Zouma go instead of ake.

  3. I see this as bad news why can’t u give this guy a chance instead of paying much to bring a player that has no idea of English football this guy’s has work,so hard from junior team now instead a chance to prove the to the word that we can groom a, player that can be best in the word u throw them out to poor club where the word will not see or hear anything about them this is wrong
