Confirmed: Willian breaks silence on Chelsea future amid Jose Mourinho interest

Chelsea winger Willian insists he wants to stay at Stamford Bridge this summer amid interest from Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho is a huge admirer of the Brazilian and would love to sign him should Chelsea be open to selling in the transfer window.

The 28-year-old enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the Special One during his time in west London but was second choice behind Pedro under Antonio Conte last season.

Willian, though, appears happy to stay at the club and says the Blues want to win the Champions League next season.

‘I have a great relationship with all the people that work at Chelsea and the fans too. They have been great to me since I joined,’ said Willian.

‘Chelsea are back in the Champions League next season and I am looking forward to playing in it again.

‘It is a big, big target for us and we have to look to win that trophy next year.’
