BOURNEMOUTH are reportedly preparing a £40m bid for Chelsea duo Asmir Begovic and Nathan Ake.
Both Ake, 22, and Begovic, 29, have struggled for game time under Antonio Conte this season, making just three Premier League starts for the newly-crowned champions between them.
And, according to the Mirror, Bournemouth are ready to shell out a combined fee of £40m to take them to the south coast.
Ake spent the first half of the season on loan with the Cherries.
He made 10 top flight appearances during his time at the Vitality Stadium before the Blues recalled him at the start of the January transfer window.
And Eddie Howe is now reportedly keen to make him a permanent fixture at the heart of his Bournemouth defence.
Meanwhile Begovic is said to have emerged as a target for the Cherries boss as potential competition for current number one Arthur Boruc.
The Bosnian shot-stopper has played second fiddle for much of his time at Stamford Bridge with Thibaut Courtois firmly ahead of him in Antonio Conte’s pecking order.
