ALEXIS SANCHEZ reportedly wants to play Champions League football next season.
Sanchez, 28, bagged a brace as Arsenal kept their top four hopes alive with a 2-0 win over Sunderland in their penultimate game of the season on Tuesday.
It means the Gunners need to beat Everton and pray that either Manchester City or Liverpool slip up badly on Sunday to have any chance of playing Champions League football next term.
And unless that happens, the Daily Mail claim Sanchez may well seek a move away from the Emirates.
The Chile superstar is about to enter the final 12 months of his Arsenal contract and talks over an extension are on hold until after the FA Cup final later this month.
He is said to be demanding a whopping deal worth £300,000-a-week to remain in north London.
But Sanchez also wants to continue playing in Europe’s premier club competition and that could come as a boost to Chelsea.
The Premier League champions have been credited with interest in the former Barcelona man along with City, who themselves are yet to secure a top four finish.
The likes of Bayern Munich, Paris St-Germain and Inter Milan have all also been linked.
Sanchez has now scored 23 top flight goals this season, leaving him behind only Romelu Lukaku in the scoring charts with one game to go.
The Gunners parted with around £36m to sign him from Barca in the summer of 2014.
