Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has vowed to stay at the club for next season following the Blues’ Premier League triumph late last Friday night.
The Italian tactician has been repeatedly linked with a big-money move to Inter Milan, whose owners would be ready to do their everything to land the former Juventus and Azzurri boss this summer.
He was even promised players such as Radja Nainggolan to join him at Inter should he quit the Blues after the campaign.
But, when asked whether he can 100% guarantee to be staying at Stamford Bridge next term, his answer was a big, confident “Yes”, as he’s already working on things considering the upcoming season.
“Yes, I can.
I think we have already started to work and we have to improve in the next season and to find the right solution to improve.”
Chelsea board and Conte are expected to sit down after the FA Cup final on the 27th of May against Arsenal to negotiate a new deal for the manager, as Roman Abramovich is ready to double his wages to make him the highest paid manager at the West London side ever.
