CHELSEA are reportedly set to lose Eden Hazard AND Diego Costa this summer.
Antonio Conte is currently enjoying an impressive first season in charge of Chelsea.
His side sit seven points clear at the top of the table with seven games left to the play.
However, according to The Sun, the Italian still faces the prospect of losing two of his star men this summer.
They claim both Hazard, 26, and Costa, 28, are both sensationally ready to quit Stamford Bridge.
Real Madrid are said to be growing increasingly confident of luring Hazard to the Bernabeu.
Conte apparently knows he would be “powerless” to prevent the move, with Real reportedly ready to offer the Belgium international a mammoth deal worth £300,000-a-week.
Meanwhile The Sun say Costa wants out of west London because he isn’t a fan of the English weather.
They suggest he could finally complete a big-money move to China after the Blues stopped him from joining Tianjin Quanjian in January.
The news will come as a huge blow to Conte.
Hazard and Costa have been central to Chelsea’s title charge this season, scoring 14 and 17 goals respectively.
