CHELSEA defender David Luiz has NOT suffered a serious injury, his manager Antonio Conte has confirmed.
Luiz limped off in the 82nd minute of Chelsea’s 3-0 win at Everton today.
Goals from Pedro, Gary Cahill and Willian secured the routine win.
Dvid Luiz has been carrying a knee injury and it was feared he may have seriously hurt himself today.
But Conte has confirmed the centre-half should be available for Chelsea’s clash with Middlesbrough a week tomorrow.

“Conte says he is very pleased with Nathan Ake’s impact and adds the Dutchman played like a ‘veteran’.” #CFC
Nathan Ake replaced Luiz for the final stages of the game and Conte said the Dutchman played like a “veteran” in keeping out Toffees striker Romelu Lukaku.
It was only Ake’s fourth appearances for Chelsea since he returned from a loan spell at Bournemouth in January.
