Revealed – Antonio Conte’s master plan to rescue Michy Batshuayi’s career at Chelsea

Chelsea are planning to loan out Michy Batshuayi to another Premier League club for two seasons, according to reports.

The Sun claim that the Belgian remains in Antonio Conte’s long-term plans but the Italian feels that the striker needs more experience before competing for a first-team place at Stamford Bridge.

The belief is that Batshuayi can emulate Romelu Lukaku’s development with a smaller Premier League club before making a return to Chelsea.

Batshuayi was signed in a £33 million deal from Marseille this summer but has failed to compete with Diego Costa for a regular role.

The 23-year-old is yet to start a Premier League game this season and was even overlooked when Costa was unavailable either through suspension or injury.

West Ham were interested in a loan move for the forward in the January transfer window and could revive their interest at the end of the season.

  1. Offer Michy plus cash for Lukaku – still feel Michy’s lethal if given regular game time and he seems interested to remain at Chelsea despite not playing regularly so loaning him to Everton would be a win-win for all; Michy plus decent cash is a good deal for Everton, we get to save money and retain one of our good long-term prospects and we strengthen our credentials for landing Lukaku by giving Everton an option which prevents them from having to scout for a new striker and go through the hoops of landing one (Michy is definitely good enough to play for them week in week out and if he does he will score regularly because his movement in the box is good)!!!
