Chelsea are weighing up a £26 million bid for Inter winger Antonio Candreva, according to reports in Italy.
Corriere dello Sport claim that the Serie A club are willing to allow the 30-year-old to switch clubs this summer if the right offer is received, and the Premier League leaders are now considering a summer move.
Chelsea reportedly failed to sign Candreva in the final stages of the January transfer window, with Gazzetta dello Sport claiming that Antonio Conte personally called Inter’s director of sport Piero Ausilio to submit an offer for the player.
Candreva joined Inter for £18.4m from Lazio last summer and has scored four goals and registered six assists in 27 Serie A appearances this season.
The right-sided midfielder also worked with Conte with Italy’s national side.
