CHELSEA are the latest club to join the race for Brazilian sensation Vinicius Junior, according to reports.

The Flamengo striker has attracted interest from Europe’s top clubs and has been tipped for a bright future – already being dubbed ‘the next Neymar’ in his homeland.

And according to The Sun, Chelsea, Manchester United and Barcelona are all battling for his services.

At 16 years of age all three teams are keen to bolster their youth ranks and help mould him into a future star for their club.

His displays have been impressive on the international stage too – netting 17 goals in 18 appearances for Brazil’s Under-17 side.

Flamengo are keen to keep hold of their star winger and have reportedly put a £26m release clause into his contract.

But the Brazilian outfit face a fight on their hands to keep hold of him should the big clubs come knocking.

Recent reports suggest Juventus are also keeping tabs on him with the Italian giants preparing to make a move.
