Chelsea have reportedly been handed a major fitness boost with Eden Hazard possibly set to return from injury earlier than expected.
The Belgium international missed the Blues’ win at Stoke City at the weekend and has also been forced to miss his country’s two upcoming games against Greece and Russia.
However, while Hazard may not return in time for Chelsea’s next game against Crystal Palace, he is now expected to make it back for the Manchester City match afterwards, according to the Daily Express.
Hazard, 26, has been one of Chelsea’s most important players this season with a return of 12 goals and four assists for the Premier League leaders.

Recent problems with a calf strain have kept him sidelined, but it looks like Antonio Conte will soon be able to call upon his star forward for some of his side’s most crucial games of the season.
Chelsea have a comfortable lead at the top of the Premier League table, but will be glad to see Hazard back for the City game as they look to continue their march towards the title.
