ASHLEY COLE says he has no regrets over his decision to quit Arsenal.
The former England international made the move to London rivals Chelsea in 2006.
And he did so in controversial circumstances having been accused of demanding a bumper wage rise.
Cole went on to win nine trophies with the Blues, to add to the seven he helped Arsenal secure.
And he’s now opened up on how he feels about the switch which saw William Gallas go in the opposite direction.
Asked by Play To The Whistle host Holly Willoughby if he regretted the move, Cole explained: “No.
“I had a great time there. I miss, of course, the old players that was there when I was there.
“But, listen, I moved on and I won every trophy I wanted to, I could. So, I wouldn’t look back and say I regretted it, no.”
Cole has plied his trade with Roma and LA Galaxy since leaving Chelsea in 2014.
And he could be joined in California by another Stamford Bridge hero this summer.
John Terry has been tipped to head to the MLS as he nears the end of his own playing career.
