Chelsea tracking Tottenham defender: He’s keen to move away

Tottenham left-back Ben Davies has caught the eye of Chelsea.

The Blues have been monitoring the Wales international ahead of a potential January deal.

Their interest has cooled over the last few weeks but he is keen to move away from Spurs to get more regular starts, according to the Express.

Sam Allardyce is searching for a new left-back and could make a swoop himself.

Crystal Palace have been in the market for a new left-back since Pape Souare’s September car crash that has placed his career in doubt.

Davies is stuck behind Danny Rose in the pecking order at Tottenham.

But he’s not the only full-back on Allardyce’s shopping list.

He’s also made enquiries about Sunderland’s Patrick van Aanholt but David Moyes doesn’t want to sell.

  1. I don’t really think franck kassie is a better option were theres kante and matic “conte realy needs a second thought about this decision”

    • Kante and matic can’t play every single game…With the departure of Oscar and mikel,we need more pacer, attack minded, strong midfielder to push fab, matic and Co to sit up
