Catalan newspaper Sport claim Moses is a target for the Spanish giants, who have scouted him several times this season.
But Conte wants Moses, who is under contract until 2019, focused on tomorrow’s game with Tottenham and not a bumper new deal.
Asked whether Chelsea would be offering him new terms to ward off potential suitors, Conte said: “It’s important to be focused game by game.
“Now we are doing very well but I like to think my players are focused on the future and not so long term.
“We have just started this league. After a bad period, we won six games in a row.
“It’s important to be focused now. To work. Not to look to the future. For everything there is a right time to speak.”
Moses has been a huge part of Chelsea’s surge to the top of the table and has excelled in a wing-back role since the switch to three at the back.
That has alerted clubs across Europe, but it is understood the Blues have no intention of letting him leave Stamford Bridge.
Moses has come in from the cold since being frozen out under Jose Mourinho, who loaned him out three times during his time as manager.
As for Willian, Express Sport revealed that Manchester United were considering a £25million move for the Brazil winger.
Jose Mourinho is keen to be reunited with the 28-year-old at a time where he appears frozen out at Chelsea.
Conte has preferred Pedro in recent weeks as the Blues have fired their way to top spot.
But Conte has sent Willian a message and told him to nuckle down.
“Willian has come back and now it is important to find good form because in this period he was unlucky,” Conte said.
“I don’t know why. But now it is important to focus on the work and training sessions.”
