Bad news for Chelsea? Fifa president plans “serious” changes to transfer system

Fifa president Gianni Infantino has vowed to end “strange happenings” within transfer dealings by bringing about a greater transparency in the system.

Infantino has been president of football’s governing body since February when he was elected to replace the disgraced former head Sepp Blatter.

The Swiss-Italian lawyer also singled out clubs who “hoard” players and suggested publishing payments made to agents and squad-capping could help reform the current system.

  1. Be careful of your moves, The rules which surround you, are the same rules bonding your activities in that office. Helping players could be your priority and is the same priority clubs are into. Changing policies should be critically observed to favor all parties…. Happy to have you Mr President.
