Bad news for Chelsea? Fifa president plans “serious” changes to transfer system
Fifa president Gianni Infantino has vowed to end “strange happenings” within transfer dealings by bringing about a greater transparency in the system.
Infantino has been president of football’s governing body since February when he was elected to replace the disgraced former head Sepp Blatter.
The Swiss-Italian lawyer also singled out clubs who “hoard” players and suggested publishing payments made to agents and squad-capping could help reform the current system.
