ANTONIO CONTE has revealed he switched Chelsea to a 3-4-3 formation in an attempt to bring “balance” to the squad.
Chelsea started the season in a 4-2-4 system – one which Antonio Conte had previous success with at Bari in Italy.
However, the Blues struggled to keep clean sheets in the early games and suffered defeats to Liverpool and Arsenal.
Conte then switched to a 3-4-3, using Marcus Alonso and Victor Moses as wing-backs and the results have been instantanious.
The Stamford Bridge club have now won five league games on the bounce, scoring 16 goals with no reply and Conte is delighted to have finally found the right “balance”.
