If it wasn’t for a single Striker formation, Bertrand Traore would probably be with the Chelsea first team right now.

Although, I, personally, didn’t like the decision of Traore going out on loan, but given that Diego Costa is in the form of his life and Michy Batshuayi is no slouch either, in hindsight, I think the decision does make sense, right?

More over, the Burkina Faso International is plying his trade under manager Peter Bosz, the same manager that coached him when he was at Vitesse and had a break through season, so that’s obviously a plus.

However, with 3 goals for Ajax in the season so far, Traore found himself under a bit of criticism from his manager after his side’s 2-0 win over Den Haag in the weekend. The reason? Some unnecessary showboating!
