Chelsea’s starting eleven (4-2-3-1)
We all know how good our loan stars are. Sometimes they are so good that we feel bad they are on loan instead of being in the squad. And that is the case with not one but several of our loanees. With stars like Tammy Abraham and Baker setting their leagues on fire, one can’t help but ponder what would have been the scenario if none of these players ever left.
In fact, if all these loan stars had been here with us today, we could have had a very decent team here. So here is a best eleven, made up completely of our talented loanees. The team here is in 4-2-3-1 formation.
JAMAL BLACKMAN (GK)
Blackman joined Chelsea at the U13 level, and has been integral to FA Youth Cup wins for the U18 side. He is yet to make an appearance for the senior team but is regarded a very talented player. The 6 ft 6 goalkeeper has been on loan to Middlesbrough and Ostersunds FK, and is currently at Wycombe Wanderers. He was backup Courtois and Cech after Mark Schwarzer last season, but was unused.
