Fast forward to 2016, the Russian billionaire still remains one of the richest club owners in the Premier League. But Financial Fair Play, along with a stadium with capacity of roughly 42,000 means Chelsea can not generate enough revenue and are failing to compete with the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City and even Arsenal and Liverpool in the transfer market.
