Considering the fact that Diego Costa wanted to leave Chelsea for Atletico Madrid at the start of the season, the Spaniard hasn’t shown any sign of frustration or anger on the pitch like last season.

To say that the 27-year-old has been freakishly good for us would be an understatement. Whether it is scoring the last minute goals to salvage the whole 3 points or scoring overhead kicks to save us from the blushes, Costa has been absolutely brilliant upfront.

Of course, the English media still view him as a villain, a vigilante, but for the Chelsea fans, the Brazilian born Striker is a hero ala Didier Drogba. Well, maybe not quite on that level yet, but pretty close!
