The critics have been skeptical of this signing ever since the Brazilian joined the Bridge in a crazy deadline day deal. Now, with John Terry injured, Luiz has a chance to make an impact under Antonio Conte and shut the mouth of those Pundits who have been constantly undermining his ability as a defender.
Working under an Italian coach always seems to have done wonders for the Defenders over the years. It’s a known fact that the Italian managers are technically top notch and tactically superb.
Now, David Luiz, the excellent player that he is; is still known to have these stupid moments time and time again where he loses the concentration at crucial moments of the game. However, with Antonio Conte at the helms, we can expect the 29-year-old to take that leap to the next level and become “one of the best in the world”.
